Let me tell you: These oatmeal muffins are absolutely delicious! It’s also incredibly delicious, as the title says. It only requires one bowl and some simple ingredients – and a little of your time.

For a more accurate description of these pancakes, they are very moist (of oatmeal) and soft. In other words, it has a melt-in-your-mouth element that is hard to resist. It will be even more delicious with your favorite pancake toppings.

  • Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl. Combine well.

  • Add wet ingredients. Mix just until all ingredients are combined.*There will be some small lumps remaining, this is normal*
  • The dough will seem thin at first, so leave it for about 5 minutes.**Because oatmeal is highly absorbent, the mixture will thicken slightly. If it’s still too thick after five minutes, simply add a few teaspoons of milk before cooking**
