  • 75 g yogurt
  • 25 ml sunflower oil
  • 200 ml warm water

Chicken Mixture:

  • 550 g chicken breast
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 egg (M)
  • 7 g salt (1⅙ tsp)
  • 8 g onion powder (2⅔ tsp)
  • 5 g garlic powder (1⅔ tsp)
  • 5 g paprika powder (1⅔ tsp)
  • 4 g cayenne pepper (1⅓ tsp)
  • 50 g chili sauce

Flour Mix:

  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 5 g garlic powder (1⅔ tsp)
  • 5 g onion powder (1⅔ tsp)
  • 3 g cayenne pepper (1 tsp)
  • 3 g salt (½ tsp)
  • 50 ml buttermilk mixture (from chicken mixture step)


  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 50 g corn
  • 70 g cucumber
  • 50 g carrot
  • 30 g yellow onion
  • 30 g pickles

Sticky Sauce:

  • 150 g chili sauce
  • 75 g honey
  • 50 g samurai sauce
  • 10 g sambal


1. Prepare the Dough:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, yogurt, sunflower oil, and warm water.
  2. Knead the mixture for 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled in size.

2. Marinate the Chicken:
