  • 80 ml water
  • 160 g granulated sugar
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 400 g unsalted peanuts


  • 200 g milk chocolate


  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add water and sugar, mix well. Cook until the mixture turns golden brown. Add heavy cream and whisk until combined. Add unsalted butter, mix well, and remove from heat. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add peanuts to the caramel sauce and mix well. Spread the mixture in a parchment-lined baking pan. Press firmly and let cool.
  3. Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler. Set aside 20 grams in a piping bag. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut-caramel mixture and spread evenly. Pipe lines of chocolate to create a marble effect. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
