  • 100 ml heavy cream (unwhipped)
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 200 g Biscoff cookies
  • 175 g peanuts (unsalted)


  • 100 g Biscoff spread
  • 200 g white chocolate


  1. Heat the heavy cream until almost boiling. Add broken white chocolate pieces. Let sit for 1 minute, then mix well.
  2. Pulse peanuts in a food processor until coarsely ground.
  3. Pulse Biscoff cookies in a food processor until coarsely ground.
  4. Combine peanuts, Biscoff cookie crumbs, and white chocolate ganache in a bowl. Mix well.
  5. Heat Biscoff spread in a saucepan over low heat. Transfer to a piping bag.
  6. Press cookie mixture into a baking pan. Make holes with the back of a wooden spoon.
  7. Fill holes with Biscoff spread.
  8. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler.
  9. Spread melted white chocolate over the cookie mixture. Pipe lines of Biscoff spread on top and create a marble effect with a skewer.
  10. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into pieces and serve.
