  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 16 g cream stiffener (klopfix)
  • 8 g vanilla sugar (1 sachet)
  • 40 g granulated sugar
  • 250 ml whipping cream


  • Ladyfingers
  • 200 ml espresso


  • cocoa powder
  • Nutella
  • Strawberries


  1. In a deep bowl, combine the mascarpone, cream stiffener, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix for 30-60 seconds. Gradually add the whipping cream until the mixture is stiff. Set aside.
  2. Prepare a cup of espresso and pour it into a separate bowl. Allow the espresso to cool.
  3. Take a ladyfinger and spread a layer of Nutella on it, followed by a layer of the prepared cream. Top it with another ladyfinger. Repeat this process.
  4. Dip the pastries completely into the cold espresso. Place them on a plate and sprinkle them with cocoa powder.
  5. Serve the tiramisu desserts in cupcake liners and garnish with a dollop of cream. Optionally, add some pieces of strawberry as a finishing touch.


  • Add sugar according to taste.
  • Replace the vanilla sugar with vanilla extract.
  • Garnish as desired.
